Dear Valued Patients,

We, at Cranberry Dental Studio, are vigilantly monitoring the COVID-19 virus and making appropriate adjustments to ensure a healthy environment for our patients, employees, and doctors.

As health professionals, infection control is always a top priority at our office.  Our team routinely follows the standard procedures of infection control, or universal precautions (set forth by the CDC and OSHA), for sterilization between each patient.  Before and after dental treatments, the rooms, chairs, sinks, and counters are wiped down and disinfected with hospital-grade cleaning products.  Disposable items are discarded and non-disposable instruments are cleaned and properly sterilized.  As an added measure, we are implementing more frequent disinfection of the common areas, including the waiting room, front desk, and restrooms to maintain optimal hygiene. We have also adopted the recent recommendation of screening patient temperatures upon entry into the office and are instructing patients to use peroxide rinse prior to any treatment.

To further maintain the safety and health of our patients and staff, we are kindly requesting that patients reschedule their appointment if they or a family member have traveled internationally within the last 3 weeks.  We also insist that patients be free of fever, cough, cold- or flu-like symptoms for treatment.  Additionally, please do not bring ill family members with you to your appointment.  If you are feeling sick and have a dental emergency, please call or email our office and we will help assist you on a case-by-case basis.

We will continue to monitor the situation and make changes as needed.  We will adhere to the policies and recommendations made by the Pennsylvania Department of Health, CDC, OSHA and HHS as they become available.  Thank you for your loyalty and understanding.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at 724-776-2280 or cranberrydental@gmail.com.

Sincerely,
